CCPM is the most precise way to control a collective pitch
helicopter. 23-1/2" main rotor diameter, 20-1/2" overall length,
14.2 oz flying weight. Honey Bee King’s small size and light
weight coupled with collective pitch and a shaft driven tail
offer stability and forgiveness with plenty of performance
features as your piloting skills grow. All of the major
components are preassembled and ready for radio equipment
installation. The 120-degree CCPM head design uses 3 servos to
control the collective pitch and the cyclic controls. The
recommended EKA21010 radio system is matched and set up for
Honey Bee King’s CCPM mechanics, making installation and setup a
snap. Once you master hovering and slow circuits in "Normal"
mode, switch into "Idle Up 1" mode and Honey Bee King’s
high-performance motor has plenty of power for sport flying and
inverted flight. Tail drive gears are conical or “cone?shaped
for reliable, wear-free operation. The tailboom is machined for
perfect 90-degree alignment of the tail rotor to the main rotor
without adjustments. Requires a 6-channel helicopter transmitter
with CCPM functions (order EKA21010). All spare parts are
available from us.
